Description
Usage tips for preparing Flex Coat epoxy varnish:
- Heat the two bottles in water at approximately 70 degrees for 5 minutes (this liquefies both products and makes mixing easier)
- Measure a minimum of 2.5cc of each product using the syringes
- Pour into a small mixing cup
- Mix gently for 60 seconds
- Leave to rest for 10 seconds
- Blow on the mixture to burst any air bubbles
- Apply using a fairly stiff brush, such as a Flex Coat varnishing brush.
- If bubbles appear, blow on the wrapping to burst them
- Leave to dry for 4 to 8 hours, making sure to rotate the rod on a drying motor.
