How to form a piano wire loop

• Clamp the piano wire with the pliers to form a bend
• Turn the pliers over and clamp again to start the loop
• Without releasing the piano wire, wrap it around the round part of the pliers jaw
• Keeping the pliers closed, straighten the loop
• Still holding the pliers closed, wrap (x4-5) the excess piano wire around the shank
• Cut off the excess.
