Description
Flashmer Spécial Lançon Leader Rig
The Flashmer Spécial Lançon leader rig is a benchmark sea rig for fishing species that intensively feed on sand eels during the seasonal migrations of these baitfish along the French coastline. Its design faithfully reproduces the characteristics of this small silver fish.
Sand eel imitation
Each hook is dressed with synthetic materials or feathers imitating the elongated profile and silver sheen of the sand eel. The series presentation on a single rig reproduces a shoal of fleeing sand eels, triggering instinctive chain attacks from predators.
Techniques and targeted species
Used vertically from a boat over sandy areas where sand eels burrow, or from the shore during surface feeding frenzies, this leader rig adapts to all types of fishing. It primarily targets sea bass, pollock, bonito, garfish and mackerel during their intense feeding phases.
