Flashmer Sinking Bubble Float: Control Your Fishing Depth
The Flashmer sinking bubble float is a casting float with a density greater than water, which sinks progressively after casting. It allows the presentation depth of the lure or light bait to be controlled by adjusting the retrieval speed. The faster the retrieval, the closer the rig stays to the surface, and vice versa.
The Flashmer bubble float system
The Flashmer bubble float range (floating, semi-sinking, sinking) is distinguished by different densities for the same weight, offering variable sinking speeds. At equal weight (e.g. 30 g), a sinking bubble float will require a faster retrieval than a semi-sinking one to maintain the same fishing depth, allowing the technique to be adapted to the mood of the fish.
Technique and target species
Ideal for shore bubble float fishing for pelagic species, this bubble float is particularly well suited for targeting bass, bonito, garfish and Atlantic bonito. By varying the models and retrieval speeds, the angler can methodically prospect the entire water column.
