Description
DEPS Sakamata Shad 5 inch Soft Lure: 10 g / 10% salt
The Japanese soft jerkbait with radical actions for pike and zander
The DEPS Sakamata Shad 5 inch is a soft lure with an atypical shape, the result of extensive research and development. It stands apart from traditional finesse shads thanks to two lateral appendages (fins) that give it a dying fall action on the drop and wide, very regular lateral sweeps on the jerk. A true soft jerkbait, it recreates the illusion of a fleeing injured fish — a deadly technique for pike on the pull. Its density and shape make it an ideal lure for skipping, dead sticking and stealthy presentations near cover.
- 5-inch (12.7 cm) finesse soft jerkbait weighing 10 g, with 10% salt for optimal density
- Two lateral appendages (fins) for a dying fall action and spectacular glides
- Highly effective for dead sticking, skipping and weightless presentations in stealthy fishing situations
- Wide, regular lateral sweeps on the jerk, creating a perfect illusion of a fleeing injured baitfish
- Extremely effective when fished vertically to fool the most stubborn zander and pike
- Sold in packs of 6 lures per blister pack, DEPS brand, Japanese specialist in technical lures
