The DS4 polycarbonate body and side plates provide a noticeable weight reduction while maintaining good rigidity. The DS5 carbon rotor further enhances this sensation of lightness and smoothness during retrieval.

Precise winding and controlled casts

The Slow Cross Wrap slow oscillation ensures even line lay on the spool. This clean winding promotes smooth line flow during casting, improving both distance and accuracy.

The metal HIP line clip mounted on a shock absorber allows a casting distance to be marked reliably while reducing the risk of breakage. This is an important advantage for repeatedly casting accurately to a targeted area.
