Description

Berkley Sick Vibe 9cm: finesse and vibrations for wary predators

The Berkley Sick Vibe 9cm is the medium format of the Sick Vibe range, positioned between the small finesse formats and the large 12cm format. At 9cm, it covers the majority of freshwater predator fishing situations, from zander in drop shot to perch on a light jig head.

The fine tail: an advantage in difficult conditions

Where classic paddletails require a minimum retrieve speed to activate their tail, the Sick Vibe produces high-frequency vibrations from the slightest movement. This property is invaluable in winter conditions or on days when fish are inactive and refuse overly dynamic lures. A slow vertical drop shot descent, with light rod twitches, is enough to animate the Sick Vibe in a convincing manner.

Slim profile and natural action

The slender profile of the Sick Vibe 9cm perfectly imitates a gudgeon, a slim bleak or a small roach in clear water. This slim silhouette is less intrusive and more natural than classic full-bodied shads, and can trigger attacks from wary zander or pike that would have ignored a bulkier lure.
