TENRYU Furrary Travel 80 lb Rod

Tenryu Furrary Travel 80 lb rod

A travel rod for exotic fishing

The Tenryu Furrary Travel 80 lb was designed to accompany anglers on exotic fishing trips. Its multi-section format facilitates transport, while retaining the power needed to tackle fast and powerful marine fish.

It is aimed at anglers looking for a reliable rod, capable of casting effectively and withstanding the heavy stresses imposed by tropical fishing.

Power and distance for big fish

A strong caster, the Furrary Travel 80 lb allows lures to be propelled with precision and distance, an essential asset for prospecting surface activity or reaching active fish far from the boat. Its large power reserve provides the authority needed to stay in control during intense fights.

It is ideal for targeting large trevally and roosterfish, but also suits fishing for amberjack, yellowfin tuna, or medium-sized bluefin tuna.

100% fiberglass blank for robustness

Its blank, made entirely of fiberglass, provides great tolerance, excellent resistance to stress, and a progressive action particularly appreciated during hard-fought battles.

This design allows it to absorb violent runs while keeping the angler safe, especially when the fish makes repeated accelerations or tries to dive. The Tenryu Furrary Travel 80 lb is a solid, powerful rod perfectly suited to heavy sea fishing.
