A range designed for demanding sport fishing
The Avet Pro EX and EXW reels are developed to meet the demands of heavy saltwater fishing. Their robust design, high mechanical precision and braking power make them ideal allies for targeting large pelagic fish, particularly tuna fishing with chum.
Perfectly suited to drift fishing, chum fishing or live bait fishing, these reels offer excellent line control and a reassuring power reserve during prolonged fights.
Premium machined aluminum construction
The Avet Pro EX and EXW range features a marine-grade 6061 T-6 aluminum single-piece frame, precision machined. This construction ensures an excellent balance between lightness, rigidity and corrosion resistance.
The anodizing enhances the reel's protection against harsh marine environments, while providing a clean and durable finish.
Carbon double disc brake, power and progressiveness
The Avedrag double carbon fiber disc brake system delivers high stopping power while maintaining smooth operation. Its progressive action allows precise adjustment of the pressure applied to the fish, with fine settings in 300 g increments.
The brake lever features a strike position pre-set and a stop button, to avoid any accidental shift to maximum brake during the fight.
2 or 3-speed transmission depending on the model
Some Avet Pro EX and EXW models are available in 2 or 3-speed versions. Their Quick Shift mechanism allows rapid gear changes to adapt to the different phases of the fight.
The fast gear ratio makes line retrieval easier, while the more powerful ratios allow you to stay in control when the fish sounds or puts up strong resistance.
Line control and fishing comfort
The bar-less design, available on certain models, makes thumb line control easier and improves live bait handling. This design is particularly appreciated for technical fishing where precision of presentation is essential.
