The Onimaru is a metal blade whose design is based on a special balance derived from research into the behaviour of marine predators. Its horizontal swimming posture faithfully mimics the silhouette of a small fleeing fish, emitting high-pitched vibrations at any retrieval speed without coming unhooked. The Onimaru features clearly visible lateral lines to quickly attract the attention of predators, and the advantage of its hook mounted on a rolling swivel is to considerably reduce the risk of breakage or hook loss by limiting twisting and preventing the fish from using the lure as a lever during the fight.
