BATES The O.G casting reel

The O.G is a very compact round-profile baitcasting reel (size 100) and extremely lightweight (160g) with a one-piece frame entirely machined from aeronautical aluminum. Equipped with reinforced gears, it is particularly suited to cranking techniques (spinnerbait, crankbait, chatterbait, vibrations, minnow, small swimbait). Thanks to its dual magnetic and centrifugal brake, it allows exceptional casting distances while minimizing the risk of backlash. All its dials are micrometric and the clicker drag lets you hear when the fish is taking line — a real bonus for adjusting the drag during runs. The O.G features 13 stainless steel ball bearings including 2 NMB high-precision bearings. It is double-anodized for optimal corrosion resistance and saltwater use. Each reel has a unique serial number engraved on the frame for identification. The O.G comes with a 3-year warranty and is delivered with its premium neoprene pouch.
