Description
U1 Casting rods, the perfect balance for getting off to an effective start
A rod designed for learning casting
The U1 Casting rods are specially designed to accompany anglers wishing to get started with casting fishing. Their Fast action provides a good compromise between flexibility and reactivity, making it easy to get started and cast for the first time, while retaining enough precision to progress quickly.
An excellent value for money
Positioned in an accessible price range, these rods stand out for their level of finish and performance. They represent a reliable solution for anglers looking for serious equipment without a major investment, while benefiting from quality components.
Comfort and sensitivity at the heart of the design
An ergonomic and functional handle
The U1 Casting rods are equipped with a short, ergonomic handle designed to accommodate different grips. This configuration notably allows the finger to be placed directly on the blank, significantly improving the perception of bites and lure animations.
Better transmission of information
Direct contact with the blank promotes excellent vibration transmission. The angler thus benefits from a better reading of the lure and its environment — an essential asset for refining animations and detecting the most subtle bites.
A reliable and balanced blank
Skyflex 24T carbon construction
The blank is made from Skyflex 24T carbon, recognised for its robustness and versatility. This construction offers a good balance between strength, sensitivity and forgiveness — ideal for regular use and for supporting the angler's technical progression.
A versatile Fast action
The Fast action allows the use of a wide range of lures while maintaining good accuracy and sufficient reactivity for effective hook sets. This versatility makes the rod suited to many freshwater situations.
