The Abu Garcia Max Predator Low Profile was developed for anglers who use large lures and need a reel capable of handling big fish. Its Low Profile design maintains a comfortable grip while offering a greater line capacity than a standard casting reel.
This model is particularly well suited to heavy-duty pike fishing, powerful bass fishing and large freshwater predators, with two sizes available to match the required power and line capacity to each application.
Two sizes to match powerful fishing styles
The 300LP size offers an excellent balance of power, capacity and manoeuvrability. It suits anglers who want to use large lures while keeping a relatively compact and comfortable setup.
The 400LP size is designed for even more demanding fishing, with greater capacity and a more powerful drag. It is ideal for very large lures, heavy lines and fish capable of producing intense fights.
A robust and lightweight construction
The C6 carbon body and side plates keep the reel solid while minimising weight. This design provides excellent user comfort, especially during long sessions with large lures.
Duragear brass gears ensure reliable and durable power transmission. They provide the power needed to retrieve hard-pulling lures and maintain control against hard-fighting fish.
Simple and effective cast control
