Description
A rod dedicated to heavy swimbaits
The Alpha SG2 Swimbait BC was specifically developed to cast and animate large swimbaits. Its powerful and progressive blank offers excellent casting capacity, while maintaining the fluidity essential for working these bulky lures correctly.
It perfectly meets the demands of heavy fishing, where precision, endurance and robustness are essential.
Fast action and progressive blank
Optimal animation of large lures
The fast action allows precise control of the swimbait and imparts natural animations. The progressive blank follows the lure's movement for a fluid and attractive result.
Power and effective hooksets
The significant power reserve ensures clean hooksets, even at long distance or with heavy-wire hooks. The robust butt section takes over to secure the fight.
Designed for intense fights
Thanks to its reinforced construction, this rod is capable of absorbing violent strikes and fights with powerful fish. It offers an excellent compromise between stiffness and tolerance, limiting the risk of unhooking while maintaining total control.
Reliable and durable components
High-performance carbon blank
The high-modulus 24+30T carbon blank guarantees lightness, responsiveness and strength, even under heavy stress.
