LEW'S Speed Spool RX Casting Reel

A casting reel designed for performance

The Speed Spool RX embodies Lew's expertise in technical casting reels. Designed for intensive use, it combines cutting-edge engineering with refined ergonomics to deliver a smooth, precise and reliable fishing experience, whatever the conditions.

Precise casting control with ParaMag RX

The ParaMag RX magnetic braking system ensures perfect spool balance and high braking power. Fine adjustments allow you to precisely adapt the braking to each situation, effectively reducing backlash while optimizing casting distance and accuracy. The recessed adjustment dial improves comfort during long sessions.

Smoothness and mechanical stability

The P2 Super Pinion system, with a bearing-supported pinion gear, ensures precise alignment and excellent stability during retrieval. This design improves smoothness of operation and transmission longevity, even under heavy load.

Durable and smooth rotation

Equipped with an 8-bearing system, including double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings, the Speed Spool RX delivers smooth and consistent rotation throughout the reel's lifetime, while effectively resisting wear.

Robust chassis and lightweight design

The one-piece aluminum frame provides optimal rigidity to withstand the stresses of hard-fought battles. The graphite side plates lighten the overall weight without compromising strength, ensuring an excellent balance between robustness and comfort.

Power and control in the fight

The hard anodized aluminum Speed Gears offer increased resistance and consistent performance over time. The carbon drag delivers up to 20 lb of power, ensuring precise and progressive control against the most hard-fighting fish.

Well-thought-out functional details

The spool integrates the Knot Slot feature, allowing a clean and smooth attachment of the line directly onto the spool, improving casting consistency and overall reliability.
