The HLJ622B-FML is part of a series developed to meet the evolving demands of light jigging techniques at sea. This range covers a wide variety of fishing situations in inshore and near-offshore areas, allowing anglers to target a great diversity of marine species.
This standard model offers great versatility and allows efficient fishing at various depths and with different types of jigs.
Magnaflex tip for maximum sensitivity
The HLJ622B-FML is fitted with a tubular glass tip combined with Magnaflex technology. This design considerably improves bite detection, even the subtlest ones, while maintaining a progressive and comfortable action.
The tip naturally follows the fish as it takes the lure, reducing felt resistance and promoting effective hooksets.
Designed for working heavier jigs
This rod is optimized for the use of metal jigs in the intermediate to heavy weight range. It allows effective jigging at significant depths while maintaining excellent control of the action.
Its power also allows the use of specific rigs such as the tenya for scabbardfish fishing, offering great versatility of use.
Robust construction and premium components
The rod's butt section is reinforced with C.N.T composite construction, providing a significant power reserve despite being designed for light jigging.
The rod is fitted with an LG tip guide and K guides with stainless steel frames and SiC inserts, ensuring excellent line flow and high reliability in marine environments.
The PULS reel seat, designed for casting models, offers a comfortable grip and secure reel retention. The reel seat area is made from Nishijin-ori woven carbon, a lightweight and rigid material providing a premium finish.
