A rod designed for modern light jigging
The HLJ632S-L is part of a series of rods developed to meet the evolution of light jigging techniques at sea. This range covers a wide variety of uses, from super light jigging to more powerful fishing, in order to adapt to the many situations encountered in inshore and near-offshore zones.
It allows different marine species to be targeted by effectively working metal jigs at intermediate depths.
A fast and highly manoeuvrable blank
This standard version benefits from a particularly lively and responsive blank, offering excellent manoeuvrability during animations. This design allows fast and precise animations to be performed, perfectly suited to fast pitch jigging techniques.
It also proves very effective for slower animations of the "negging" type, allowing approaches to be varied depending on fish activity.
Power reserve and control during the fight
The rod butt is reinforced through a C.N.T composite construction, providing significant strength despite a lightweight and manoeuvrable overall package. This design allows an excellent power reserve to be maintained for controlling larger than expected fish.
The slightly longer rear handle facilitates vertical pumping actions and improves comfort during prolonged fights.
Technical equipment and high-end finish
The rod is fitted with an LG tip guide and K guides mounted on a stainless steel frame with SiC inserts, ensuring excellent line flow and great reliability in marine conditions.
The DPS reel seat provides solid hold of the reel on spinning models. The reel seat area is made from Nishijin-ori woven carbon, a material recognised for its lightness, stiffness and high-end finish.
