ILLEX Bonnie 65 Topwater Lure

Bonnie 65 RT Perch, the reference finesse stickbait for surface fishing

A small surface lure designed for technical fishing

The BONNIE 65 is the smallest version of the famous BONNIE series from Jackall. Designed for finesse fishing, it stands out as a particularly effective surface stickbait when predators are wary or targeting small prey.

Its design makes it an essential lure for light and precise approaches, particularly along margins, shallow areas, and spots requiring stealth and accuracy.

A lively and natural walking the dog action

Designed for a walking the dog action, the BONNIE 65 responds easily to rod input and produces a lively, tight, and attractive surface action. This animation realistically imitates a small struggling prey, a signal that is often irresistible to active predators as well as more educated fish.

Its small size makes it a formidable solution when larger lures become less effective.

Enhanced triggering power

The BONNIE 65 features a distinctive sound thanks to a small glass bead positioned at the head. This acoustic signal acts as an additional stimulus to trigger strikes, particularly in situations where you need to react followers or fish that are reluctant to move.

This combination of visual discretion, precise action, and acoustic attractiveness makes it a particularly well-rounded lure for surface fishing.

Casting accuracy and long-distance effectiveness

Despite its compact size, the BONNIE 65 retains excellent casting qualities. Its aerodynamic shape, combined with a tungsten weight placed at the rear, promotes accurate and long-distance casts.

It is a true asset for easily reaching distant or cluttered spots, while maintaining a discreet approach. It thus becomes an indispensable addition to a lure box for effectively targeting perch, chub, and black bass.

RT Perch color, a smart choice for predators

In this RT Perch color, the BONNIE 65 offers a credible and versatile imitation, particularly well-suited to environments where small baitfish resemble juvenile perch. This type of finish integrates perfectly into a natural fishing strategy, while retaining strong attractiveness for freshwater predators.
