The Tenryu Power Master Sand Walker PMS1082S-MH is the most powerful and long-distance-oriented model in the Sand Walker 2026 range.

It was developed for situations where casting distance becomes critical, particularly on low-gradient beaches when fish are holding far from the shore, or when a headwind or crosswind complicates lure presentation.

Its length and power also allow its range of use to be extended to pebble beaches and rocky areas.

Casting performance for tackling wide open spaces

The PMS1082S-MH is particularly well suited to plugs and metal jigs in the 20 to 40 g range. It also accepts lighter plugs from around 12 g and can handle metal jigs up to 60 g.

This power range makes it easy to adapt lure density and profile to conditions. It is particularly useful when extra loading is needed to gain distance or maintain an effective trajectory in the wind.

More power to handle hard-fighting fish

The MH power and butt reserve allow you to target more powerful fish and approach areas where greater authority is needed during the fight.

This characteristic makes the PMS1082S-MH particularly interesting for sea bass fishing, especially sea bass in rocky environments, migratory salmonids and small to medium-sized pelagic fish encountered from the shore.

C.N.T technology and progressive action

Despite its long-distance orientation, Tenryu maintains a sufficiently flexible action to accompany the fight and reduce the risk of hook pulls in the final waves.

The high-elasticity blank provides speed and efficiency during the cast, while the C.N.T, Carbon Nano Tube reinforcement in the lower section develops significant resistance to bending. The angler thus benefits from a rod that is responsive during casts and has solid reserves when placed under heavy load.

A robust build for intensive fishing sessions

The PMS1082S-MH is equipped with K guides with stainless steel frames and SiC-S rings, particularly suited to the use of braided lines in shore fishing.

Its DPS reel seat is paired with the Nishijin carbon characteristic of this new generation. The grip is designed to keep the overall setup balanced and facilitate repeated casts despite the length and superior power of this model.
