The Abu Garcia Revo X VoltiQ builds on the proven Revo X platform with a major innovation: the VoltiQ electronic braking system. This technology monitors spool rotation during the cast and precisely adjusts braking to optimize its behavior.
The aim is to make casts easier to control, reduce backlashes and make effective use of the reel’s capabilities in different fishing conditions.
VoltiQ technology, intelligent electronic braking
The Revo X VoltiQ’s standout feature is its VoltiQ system, which tracks spool rotation to fine-tune the level of braking.
This electronic control offers a wide range of settings, allowing the reel to be adjusted for different lures. It provides greater control as conditions change or when an angler switches between techniques during the same outing.
The system helps strike an excellent balance between casting distance and spool control while reducing the risk of backlashes.
Lightweight, rigid C6 frame
Abu Garcia equips the Revo X VoltiQ with a C6 carbon frame, an asymmetrical body and the EXD concept. This design aims to combine rigidity, low weight and a comfortable grip.
