The Nays TRN 130 is a highly versatile jointed swimbait designed to target pike, zander and largemouth bass effectively. Its Rapid Switch System lets you quickly change its action from wide and natural to more aggressive. Its configurable design makes it easy to adapt your presentation to conditions and fish activity.
The Nays TRN 130 brings the TRN 190 concept to a more compact size, ideal for anglers who want a versatile swimbait they can fish with lighter tackle. Designed to target pike, zander and largemouth bass, it combines natural swimming action, extensive versatility and exceptionally robust components.
The TRN 130’s main advantage is its Rapid Switch System. It lets you quickly swap the tail and lip to change the lure’s action right at the water’s edge.
Depending on the configuration, the TRN 130 can produce a wide, fluid S-shaped swimming action that is particularly effective on slow retrieves, or take on a more aggressive action similar to a crankbait. This versatility makes it easy to adapt the presentation to fish activity and conditions.
Two tail styles and two lips come with the lure, offering several configurations without having to switch swimbaits.
The TRN 130 is naturally slightly buoyant. To fish a deeper part of the water column, Nays also includes an additional weight that fits beneath the lure’s head.
With this weight installed, the TRN 130 becomes slow sinking. Anglers can then adjust their presentation to suit the depth, structure and position of predatory fish.
The lure’s two sections are connected by exceptionally strong BKK Crane swivels. This design gives the rear section excellent mobility and lets the TRN 130 maintain a smooth, natural swimming action, even at low speeds.
This freedom of movement also contributes to the lure’s characteristic changes of direction and S-shaped curves.
Nays equips the TRN 130 with BKK Hyperlatch Super Slide hooks, selected for their penetration and ability to hold fish during the fight. Together with the BKK Crane swivels, they provide reliable hardware for taking on powerful predatory fish.
