NAYS PRDTR 2.0 43 Soft Plastic Lure

Nays PRDTR 43 2.0: a versatile shad with subtle action

The Nays PRDTR 43 2.0 is the next generation of the PRDTR, the brand’s original soft plastic lure. It retains the qualities that made the original model successful while featuring a completely redesigned look in keeping with the current Nays range.

Its full-bodied profile and controlled action make it especially useful for targeting predatory fish, particularly when they are reluctant to respond to overly aggressive retrieves.

Stable swimming action with subtle body roll

The PRDTR 43 2.0’s relatively wide body gives it excellent stability on the retrieve. Subtle body roll adds natural movement without creating excessive action.

This combination creates an appealing yet subtle presentation—a real advantage when predatory fish are wary, under heavy fishing pressure or simply less active.

A lure for different techniques

The PRDTR 43 2.0 can be rigged on a jighead for conventional shad fishing, whether on a steady retrieve or with more pronounced movements near the bottom.

Its shape also makes it suitable as a trailer behind a spinnerbait. It adds to the presentation while maintaining a balanced swimming action without excessively disrupting the main lure’s action.

Garlic scent and a design free of toxic plasticizers

Like the original PRDTR, this 2.0 version retains Nays’ signature garlic scent. It complements the lure’s visual and vibration cues to boost its appeal.

The PRDTR 2.0 is also made without toxic plasticizers, in line with Nays’ approach to designing its soft plastic lures.
