Article 1 – Organization
The company JB LEBREC (Ardent Pêche), whose registered office is located at Zone Industrielle de Trehonin Le Sourn, 56300 Pontivy, registered with the Pontivy Trade and Companies Register, is organizing a free prize draw with no purchase obligation entitled "Black Quest", as part of the Black Friday commercial promotion.
The game runs from Monday 24/11/2025 to Friday 28/11/2025 inclusive.
Article 2 – Eligibility Conditions
The game is open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan France, with access to the Internet and a valid email address, excluding Ardent Pêche staff and their families.
Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Article 3 – Terms of Participation
During the game period:
- Certain products on the ardent-peche.com website are secretly identified as "Black Quest" products.
- These products are not displayed as on sale on the website.
- When a customer adds one or more of these products to their cart and enters the secret code "BF25", a discount of 20% applies exclusively to these flagged products.
- The code is not valid on other items on the website, and is valid on the websites ardent-peche.com and ardentflyfishing.com.
Every validated order including a discount applied through the BF25 code (and therefore containing at least one eligible product) constitutes an automatic entry into the daily draw.
Article 4 – Draws and Selection of Winners
A draw will be held each day among validated orders placed between 00:00 and 23:59.
The daily winner will be selected at random from among the eligible participants.Winners will be notified by email at the address provided when placing the order.
Article 5 – Prizes
Each day, one winner will receive a prize package.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or replaced by a cash equivalent.
Article 6 – Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped directly to the winner's postal address provided at the time of ordering, within 5 business days following the end of the promotion. Where applicable and if logistics allow, the prize may be added to the order placed on the website.
In the event that the prize package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the winner forfeits their prize with no possibility of appeal.
Article 7 – Liability
Ardent Pêche cannot be held liable for: any malfunction of the Internet network preventing participation in the game, any errors in the contact details provided by participants, or any misuse of the promotional code.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The data collected in the context of the game is intended for the management of the contest and the delivery of prizes.

Article 10 – Disputes
This game is governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these rules shall be settled definitively by the organizing company, and, failing an amicable agreement, by the competent courts.
