Principle and use

Placing a removable ring before the first guide on the rod prevents the excessive weight of the fly line from causing the leader to slide down along the guides during Bolognese fishing. In line fishing, it makes it easier to quickly grab the line by hand after casting nymphs, as the ring is much closer to the handle. Removable, it can be fitted or removed as needed.

• Adjustable attachment by clipping onto the rod, 20-25 cm from the end of the cork grip
