The main weight of this lure comes from tungsten balls. Their positioning raises the center of gravity, giving the Jib a strong rolling action. During jerking or twitching, one of the balls moves toward the rear, causing the lure to rise up. The combination of all these features produces a completely irregular swimming action, imitating the flight of a distressed fish.
